Novi Pazar and Mačva played out a 1-1 draw in the Serbian Super Liga on Friday evening, a result that keeps both sides in the lower half of the table after seven rounds. Novi Pazar moved to eight points from two wins, two draws and three defeats, while Mačva climbed to seven points, sitting one place below their hosts with the same record of victories but fewer draws. Dominic Sadi gave the home side the lead in the sixty-second minute, finishing a move that drew on Novi Pazar's sustained pressure. They had kept possession through the opening half, piling up twenty shots to Mačva's eight, though only six of their attempts found the target. The visitors rarely threatened, with their goalkeeper called upon to make five saves despite registering just one shot on target.
