About the player
Adama Baradji arrived at Stade de Reims in July 2023 and worked his way through the club's academy, where he was named "Académicien du mois de février" in March 2023. He built his game with Reims B in the Championnat National 3, the French fifth tier, making around 35 appearances and scoring three goals, and extended his contract with the club in June 2024. He also represented France at under-18 level, earning nine caps and a goal.
In February 2026, Baradji left Reims for SC União Torreense on a permanent deal running until 2029. He made seven appearances for the Portuguese club across Liga Portugal 2 and the Taça de Portugal in the 2025–26 season, though he did not find the net. Torreense went on to win the Taça de Portugal that season, beating Sporting CP 2–1 in the final, but Baradji was not named among the substitutes or starters for that match.
A forward by trade and right-footed, he made the step from a fifth-tier development side in France to senior football in Portugal within a matter of months.
