Danila Emeljanov

Danila Emeljanov's football story began at four years old, when he joined FC Metallurg in his home town of Asha, in the Chelyabinsk Region, where his father Svyatoslav had also played. That connection to Asha would later resurface. From Metallurg he moved into the youth academy and boarding school of FC Ufa at fourteen, working through the club's junior sides before graduating to Ufa-2.

His breakthrough came in the Russian Premier League on 13 July 2019, when he came on as a substitute in the 66th minute away to FC Ural. Ufa lost 2:3, but at 19 years and seven months, Emeljanov became the youngest player to appear for the club in the competition's history.

Loan spells followed as he sought regular football away from Ufa, first at Volgar Astrakhan and then at Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk, before he returned to Ufa in 2022. He settled at Neftekhimik on a permanent deal in 2023, and it was there that he had his most productive spell, scoring nine goals in 83 appearances across all competitions.

In 2025 he went back to the Chelyabinsk Region, signing for FC Chelyabinsk, before moving on loan to FC Leningradets in February 2026 for the remainder of the season. He has made 19 appearances for Leningradets without finding the net so far. Earlier in his career, Emeljanov also represented Russia at under-17 level, scoring once in five caps.
