Roman Kudryavtsev

Roman Kudryavtsev grew up in Tikhvin, where he started training at the age of seven with Kirovets Tikhvin and was named best player of a local tournament in 2019. At eleven he had a brief spell at the Zenit academy, leaving after three months when the squad was cut down. He then joined the youth system at Leningradets under coach Sergey Poltavets, coming through the regional 2004 age-group side from 2018 before signing a long-term contract with the senior squad in December 2021.

Kudryavtsev made his senior debut that season in the Second League, Division B, and stayed with the club through its promotions, first into the Second League Division A and later into the First League. All of his moves within the club have come as internal promotions rather than paid transfers.

His clearest mark on the club's history came on 7 November 2024, when he scored the 300th goal in Leningradets' history in a 3:1 win over Kaluga. He also found the net from a set piece against Arsenal Tula and struck a late equaliser against Chelyabinsk in August 2026. A goal against Torpedo Miass in June 2026 stuck with him enough that he called it a "miracle goal".

Kudryavtsev has not yet been capped by Russia at any level.
