About the player
Enrique Lofolomo came through the youth system at Alemannia Aachen before a move to Fortuna Düsseldorf, and it was with Fortuna's reserve side that he made his step into senior football, racking up 48 league appearances between 2019 and 2021. A free transfer took him to Borussia Mönchengladbach II, where he added another 50 league outings over two seasons.
The move to Hallescher FC in July 2023, and he made 25 league appearances and three goals in his debut season. A year later he joined Viktoria Köln on another free transfer, where he made 32 appearances and two goals across the 2024–2025 campaign.
That step came in May 2025, when Zulte Waregem announced his signing on a free transfer, with the Belgian club securing him on a two-year deal that carries the option of a further two-year extension. Lofolomo made his debut for the club in the 2025–2026 season and had featured in 22 league matches by its end, wearing the number 6 shirt as a defensive midfielder. Right-footed and at 185 cm, he holds both German and Congolese citizenship.
