About the player
Jandrei was on the pitch for São Paulo in the 2023 Copa do Brasil semi-final, but not for the final.
He came up at Novo Hamburgo , where he spent two seasons from 2014, then moved to Atlético Tubarão in 2016. The turn came in March 2017, when Chapecoense took him on loan and bought his contract outright that November. With them he played in the Campeonato Catarinense and in the 2017 Copa Libertadores.
Europe followed in 2019. Genoa signed him, and he made a single appearance for the club. The loan back to Brazil with Athletico Paranaense in 2020 gave him regular football and a title, the Campeonato Paranaense in 2020. A short spell at Santos followed from August to December 2021.
São Paulo signed him in 2022. He won the Copa do Brasil in 2023 and the Supercopa do Brasil in 2024 with the club. In August 2025 he went to Juventude on loan. The arrangement was extended to the end of 2026, with São Paulo covering part of his wages and Juventude holding an option to buy.
He has not been called up by Brazil at senior or youth level.
