Lucas Alves

Forty-seven minutes into the second half against Avaí on 28 July 2026, on his debut for Juventude, Lucas Alves scored the only goal of the game. The referee first ruled it out for offside; VAR sent it back the other way. The win lifted Juventude to second in Série B.

He had arrived from Figueirense weeks earlier, during the CBF's extraordinary transfer window of 6–17 July 2026, at a point when Figueirense was under a transfer ban. The fee was not disclosed. In four months there he made 16 appearances and scored four times, including a goal in the Copa do Brasil.

The route to that debut was long. Alves joined the Grêmio academy at 15, around 2017–2018, and stayed five seasons until 2020. He also trained at São Luiz, where he spent 2021, and at Chapecoense, winning the Santa Catarina under-20 state title with the club in 2022 and making his professional debut there in 2023.

Then came a stretch that barely registers in numbers. In 2024 he passed through Galo Maringá (two matches), Bonsucesso in the Rio de Janeiro B2 championship (one match, one goal) and Concórdia Atlético in Série D (two matches, one goal). In July 2025 he moved to Juventus de Jaraguá for the Santa Catarina Série B.

At Foz do Iguaçu, the club of his birthplace, he played 19 matches and scored six in 2025, then opened 2026 as the top scorer of the Paraná state championship with five goals in seven games.
