He came through the HB Academy in Abuja before joining Randers FC in Denmark in July 2022 on a three-year contract, making his Danish Superliga debut in February 2023. Sent to IK Start in Norway's First Division for the second half of 2024, Isah scored six goals in twelve appearances. The two clubs could not agree terms, and the loan ended in January 2025.

Instead, Isah moved to Kristiansund BK on a permanent deal running to the end of 2028. He settled into Eliteserien football there, making 42 league appearances across the 2025 and 2026 seasons and scoring seven goals, primarily from the left wing though he has also featured through the middle and on the right. In July 2026 he left for Belgian side RAAL La Louvière on a three-year contract with a further year's option, a transfer reported as a record sale for Kristiansund. Belgian outlet VoetbalNieuws reported that La Louvière paid a combined €2.5 million to sign Isah and striker Elias Filet, who joined from Yverdon-Sport in the same window, though the individual fee for Isah was not made public.
