Ortwin De Wolf

Ortwin De Wolf started out in the KRC Genk youth ranks before switching to KSC Lokeren, where he made his professional debut against KV Kortrijk in May 2017. He kept goal there for two seasons before Eupen paid roughly €750,000 for him in the summer of 2019.

His move to Royal Antwerp, initially on loan in January 2021 and made permanent that July, brought silverware but limited game time. De Wolf was part of the squad that won the Belgian Pro League and Belgian Cup double in 2022–23, yet he did not make a single league appearance that season, playing back-up to Jean Butez and turning out instead for Antwerp's reserve side.

Regular football returned when he joined Zulte Waregem in January 2024, featuring across both the Challenger Pro League and Jupiler Pro League. He left as a free agent when his contract expired that June and signed a three-year deal with KV Mechelen, where he has since racked up 47 league appearances for the club by May 2026.

De Wolf has represented Belgium at under-21 level, earning four caps between 2018 and 2019. He received a senior call-up in October 2024 as cover for Mats Sels, though a debut at that level has not followed.
