Pavlo Stefaniuk

Pavlo Stefaniuk did not come up through Veres Rivne's academy from the start — his path to Rivne ran through Zhydachiv, Morshyn and Mukachevo before he settled at Lyceum-Victory in Ivano-Frankivsk. In the summer of 2022 he moved abroad, joining the youth setup at Rot-Weiss Talheim in Germany, before returning to Ukraine a year later on a free transfer to join Veres Rivne's U-19 side.

That spell with the Veres youth team gave him his platform. Across the 2024/25 Ukrainian Youth Championship season he was the first-choice goalkeeper, playing 14 matches and conceding just nine goals. The performances were enough to convince the club to move him up: in July 2025 he signed a contract with the senior squad running until June 2028.

Since that promotion, Stefaniuk has yet to add senior competitive minutes to his record. He has been named among the substitutes in nine league matches for Veres Rivne in the 2025/26 season without being called into action, still waiting for a debut appearance for the first team.

Off the pitch, his early development took him across western Ukraine before the stint in Germany, and he has not featured for any Ukrainian youth national side to date. At 184 cm and right-footed, he now competes for a place between the posts at a club in the Ukrainian Premier League.
