About the player
Sanders Ngabo came through the youth system at Sundby Boldklub before moving on to Lyngby Boldklub in 2020, and it was there that he broke into senior football, making his professional debut in July 2021. He was part of the Lyngby side that won the Danish 1. Division in 2021/2022 and went up to the Superligaen, a campaign in which he made 17 league appearances and scored once.
A move abroad followed in January 2024, when he joined Philadelphia Union. Instead he spent the 2024 season out on loan at the club's reserve side, Philadelphia Union II, making 17 appearances in MLS Next Pro. He returned to Denmark that August, signing for AC Horsens, and scored 8 times in 25 appearances in the 1. Division during the 2024/2025 season.
He made his debut for the Swedish club in Europa League qualifying and later scored his first Allsvenskan goal against Halmstads BK, going on to make 18 appearances and score once for Häcken. In September 2026, he returned to Lyngby on loan for the remainder of the season, with the agreement including a buy option for the Danish club.
Ngabo has represented Denmark at youth level, with caps at U18, U19 and U20.
