Gori

Sharing a city with a club that has already won the national title leaves little room to claim history, so FC Gori built its case somewhere else.

The club spent its first years in Georgia's third tier, and 2016 produced the kind of season a small side does not get twice: fourteen matches, thirteen wins, one draw, no defeats, and a goal difference of 66–9 on the way to the group title.

Davit Shubitidze coached the side through that formative stretch, from 2016 to 2021, before the bench passed through Vladimir Eliauri and then Ilia Mgebrishvili; Levan Jokhadze took over in 2026.

Home games are played at Kartli Stadium, which holds 1,500.
