Prilep

Prilep's one league title arrived in the 2013–14 season. The team's roots run deeper, though: before financial trouble broke up the original club around 2008–2010, it competed as RK Tutunski Kombinat, a side tracing back to the 1970s that had already lifted the Macedonian Handball Cup in 2002. When the club returned under the name RK Prilep 2010, it carried that earlier history with it, and by 2014 it was back in the Macedonian Handball Super League with a title to show for it.

Before the collapse, the earlier incarnation had also won the Yugoslav Second League. European football followed a similar arc: the club reached the fourth round of the EHF Cup Winners' Cup twice, in 2001–02 and 2002–03, then the third round of the EHF Challenge Cup the following season, before a return qualification attempt for the EHF Cup in 2016–17.

Goran Kuzmanoski links the two eras of the club directly: he played for Tutunski Kombinat between 2001 and 2003, then came back years later to manage RK Prilep 2010 from 2020 to 2022.

The club plays in yellow and black, with goalkeepers picked out in green, at a school sports hall in Prilep. Its sharpest fixture is against RK Alkaloid of Skopje.
