Visakha

Formed in 2016, it climbed out of the Cambodian Second League the following year, winning the division at the first attempt and earning a place among the country's elite.

The promotion held. Visakha reached the final of the Cambodian Premier League twice, in 2019 and 2022, without lifting the trophy either time, but found its title in a different competition. The Hun Sen Cup fell to the club three years running, in 2020, 2021 and 2022, a run built under head coach Meas Channa, who later moved into the role of technical director once the trophies were secured.

Continental football brought a sharper test. In the 2022 AFC Cup, Visakha beat Indonesia's Bali United 5-2 and the Philippines' Kaya–Iloilo 2-1 at Prince Stadium, results that carried them to second place in their group, before a 5-1 defeat away to Malaysia's Kedah Darul Aman exposed the gap between home form and the road. Domestically, the fixtures that matter most to supporters are against Phnom Penh Crown and Preah Khan Reach Svay Rieng.

Marcus Haber arrived from Canada and finished among the league's top scorers, giving the Blue Horse a focal point up front alongside the Cambodian international Lim Pisoth. Scottish coach Simon McMenemy took charge in 2023, stepping into a dugout still shaped by the cup-winning years that came before him.
