Lapuan Energia Areena

The arena opened in 2002 . It was built at Urheilukatu 4, where other sports facilities already stood: a swimming pool, an athletics track, a sports hall, and a baseball and softball field. The capacity is small, 540 seats, which means the crowd is never far from the action.

It moves faster, and it does not bounce unpredictably. The arena hosts local matches and also hosts events where the seating is arranged differently, accommodating up to 1,500 people for concerts and exhibitions. The space is flexible, and that is one of its strengths.
