The two sides drew together early this season, and by then both teams had accumulated enough experience with each other to know how to navigate these encounters. The 2:2 scoreline suggested both attacks could find space, while both defences held firm enough to prevent either side taking control.
Drina Zvornik's recent record shows they can be competitive, with results including a 2:1 win over Slavia and a 2:3 loss to BSK Banja Luka in May. Letar's form has been more cautious, with only one victory in their last five matches – a 2:0 win against Kozara Gradiška on 2 May.
