Artūr Dolžnikov

Dolžnikov's route to Sigma Olomouc ran through several short spells in Lithuania's First League. He began at Vilniaus Futbolo Mokykla and FK Žalgiris before making his senior debut with Žalgiris B in 2016, then moved between NFA, Riteriai, Baltijos Futbolo Akademija and Vilniaus Vytis in search of regular football. He found it back at Riteriai from 2021, starting consistently and scoring six goals in 44 league appearances over two seasons, and carried that form into a 2023 move to Kauno Žalgiris, where he added another six goals in 56 matches.

That run of appearances persuaded Sigma Olomouc to sign him in January 2025 on a three-year contract, paying a buyout clause to Kauno Žalgiris. The Lithuanian winger settled into the starting lineup quickly and was part of the Sigma squad that won the Czech Cup that season, beating Sparta Prague 3–1 in the final on 14 May 2025. Dolžnikov started that match and was substituted in the 71st minute.

He has also built a senior international career with Lithuania, having come through the youth ranks from under-16 to under-21 level. His senior debut came on 4 June 2022 against Luxembourg, and he has since earned 22 caps. His only international goal came against Latvia in the semi-final of the 2024 Baltic Cup.
