Agustín Sebastián Miranda Cambón

Miranda's career has been a long circuit through Uruguay's lower and mid-tier divisions before settling at Cerro. He started out at Sud América, where his first-team chances were limited, then went out on loan to Central Español in 2015, scoring twice in 12 games. Moves to Club Oriental and Villa Teresa followed, and it was at Villa Teresa, between 2016 and 2017, that he had his most productive scoring spell, with seven goals in 24 appearances.

The turning point came at Plaza Colonia, where Miranda spent four seasons from 2017. The club won the Segunda División title and earned promotion to the Primera División in 2020. After that spell he moved on frequently, with short stays at Central Español again, Buhos ULVR, Cerrito and Albion FC each yielding only a handful of appearances.

Miranda joined Cerro on a free transfer in January 2025 and has established himself as a regular starter there, wearing the number 8 shirt as a central midfielder. He has not been capped at senior international level for Uruguay.
