About the player
Daniel Kasper grew up playing for SKV Büttelborn before joining the SV Darmstadt 98 academy in 2012, where he stayed until 2021. He then dropped into regional football with VfR Wormatia Worms on a free transfer, and it was there that he developed his scoring instincts: across three seasons in the Oberliga and Regionalliga Südwest he scored 29 goals and added 13 assists in 80 appearances.
The move that pushed him higher came in 2024, when he joined SpVgg Greuther Fürth II. Kasper finished the 2024/25 Regionalliga Bayern season as joint top scorer with 18 goals in 21 games, a performance that earned him three appearances for Greuther Fürth's senior side in the 2. Bundesliga that same season.
In July 2025 he left Germany for the first time, signing for Belgian club KAS Eupen on a free transfer on a contract running until June 2027. He departed in August 2026 after 15 appearances.
Kasper has not featured for Germany at senior international level.
