Dany Jean

Playing for the Haitian club in the 2021 CONCACAF Champions League, he featured in a Round of 16 tie against Cruz Azul, including the second leg, a heavy 8-0 defeat. It was that exposure that brought him to the attention of Racing Club de Strasbourg, who signed him for their academy that July.

At Strasbourg, Jean first had to establish himself with the reserve side in National 3, where 35 appearances and nine goals earned him a route to the first team. He made his Ligue 1 debut in August 2022 against Monaco, though senior opportunities at the club remained limited to two appearances. Loan spells followed: a full season at US Avranches in 2023–2024, where he made 30 appearances and scored twice, and a stint at Rodez AF in 2024–2025.

In January 2025, Jean left France permanently for Portugal, joining S.C.U. Torreense in Liga Portugal 2. In the 2025–26 Taça de Portugal final, Jean started and played 57 minutes as Torreense beat Sporting CP 2-1 after extra time.

Internationally, Jean has risen through Haiti's youth ranks from under-17 to under-23 level, scoring for the U17 side along the way. He made his senior international debut in March 2022 and was included in Haiti's squad for the 2025 CONCACAF Gold Cup, having gone on to earn 19 caps and score one goal for the national team.
