Francisco Sampaio de Moura

Braga made him, and Braga was where he left. Francisco Moura came through the club's youth system, played five matches for the B side and spent a season on loan at Académica before returning in 2020. Over the next stretch with the first team he made 32 Primeira Liga appearances and scored four goals in all competitions.

In September 2024 FC Porto paid €5.0 million for him, on a five-year contract carrying a €60 million buyout clause. By May 2026 he had made 48 appearances for the club across all competitions and scored five goals. In the 2025–26 Liga Portugal season alone he played 21 times, scored twice and set up two more. That season brought the Primeira Liga title, and Porto added the 2026 Supertaça Cândido de Oliveira after beating SCU Torreense 1–0 in the final.

His international record sits entirely at youth level. Seven caps for Portugal U18 in 2017 were followed by a place in the squad that won the 2018 UEFA European Under-19 Championship; Moura came on from the bench during the tournament, including in the final against Italy, and finished with 14 appearances and a goal for that age group. Twelve caps for the U20s followed between 2018 and 2019. The senior call-up has not yet come.
