I. Dubinets

Ilya Dubinets took his first steps in football at the Chashniki sports school before moving into the academy at Dinamo Minsk. He made his senior debut for the club in March 2023, though first-team chances were limited that year, with just two appearances to his name.

The breakthrough came away from Minsk. Loaned out to Slutsk in July 2023, he returned to Dinamo in December before going back out to Slutsk in March 2024 for a second spell that ran until December. Across those two loan stints he made 36 appearances and scored five goals.

In February 2025, Dubinets left Dinamo Minsk for good, joining FC Minsk on a free transfer. He played 25 matches in his first season and contributed three goals and three assists, while also turning out three times for FC Minsk-2 in the Pershaya Liga, scoring twice there. He has featured in 19 top-flight matches and scored once.

On the international stage, Dubinets came through Belarus's youth ranks, debuting for the under-19 side in June 2022 against Uzbekistan. He stepped up to the under-21 team in March 2025, marking his first appearance with a goal in a 3–1 win over North Macedonia. He has since added further goals for the under-21s, including against Russia in October 2025 and Kazakhstan in June 2026, taking his tally at that level to two goals from twelve caps.
