About the player
Kamil Zapolnik came through Jagiellonia Białystok's youth ranks before starting his senior career away from the top flight, at Olimpia Zambrów, where he won the III Liga title in the 2012–13 season. A loan spell took him to Wigry Suwałki in early 2015, and he stayed on there after the loan ended. In the 2016–17 season he finished as joint top scorer of the Polish Cup with four goals, sharing the honour with Rafał Jankowski.
Moves to GKS Tychy and then Górnik Zabrze followed, before Zapolnik joined Miedź Legnica in August 2020. Miedź won the I Liga title in 2021–22 and earned promotion to the Ekstraklasa. Zapolnik left in February 2023 for Puszcza Niepołomice, and in July 2024 he signed for Bruk-Bet Termalica Nieciecza.
The forward has never been capped by Poland at senior level. Standing at 182 cm, he is listed.
