Maciej Kucharski

Maciej Kucharski scored on his debut appearance for Piast Gliwice's senior side, netting in a 3-0 win over Chemik Moderator Bydgoszcz in the Polish Cup in September 2026, shortly after his move to the club. He signed with Piast in June 2026 on a contract running until June 2029, joining from Śląsk Wrocław.

Kucharski's route into the game began at AP Oleśnica before he joined the Śląsk Wrocław academy in November 2021. He worked his way through the club's U17 and U19 age groups, and in the 2024/25 season he scored 12 goals in 29 matches for the U19 team in the Centralna Liga Juniorów. He also had a taste of senior football with Śląsk Wrocław II in the Betclic 2. Liga from July 2025, before his move across to Piast Gliwice a year later.

His development has also taken him abroad: in 2025 he trained with Schalke 04's U17 squad, and during that spell he scored against PSV Eindhoven. At international level, Kucharski has represented Poland at U15, U16 and U17 level, scoring 11 goals in 25 appearances for the various youth sides.

Now established at Piast Gliwice, he arrives with a Cup goal already to his name and a scoring record from the youth ranks.
