Milan Iloski

Milan Iloski scored 23 goals in 46 matches at UCLA before turning professional in USL League Two, then signed with Real Salt Lake as a Homegrown Player. He was loaned to Real Monarchs, where he scored five goals in 19 appearances, and by 2022 he had dropped into the USL Championship with Orange County SC.

Iloski scored 39 goals in 66 matches for Orange County, finished as the division's top scorer in 2022 and was named player of the week on two occasions. In September 2023 he moved to Danish club Nordsjælland for an undisclosed six-figure fee.

On 25 June that year Iloski scored four goals in 12 minutes and three in nine, both league records, and became the first player to score a hat-trick in San Diego's history. He was named MLS Player of the Matchday for the week. He also set the league record for fewest minutes needed to reach nine goals, doing so in 292 minutes.

Philadelphia Union made the loan permanent that August, paying a guaranteed $100,000 plus up to $150,000 in conditional allocation money. Wearing the number 10 shirt, Iloski was part of the Union squad that won the Supporters' Shield in 2025.

Eligible to represent either the United States or North Macedonia, he has yet to feature for either senior national team.
