Oisin Michael McEntee

New York born, McEntee played for Cootehill and Carrick Rovers before Belvedere F.C. and Malahide United, and he qualified for the Republic of Ireland setup he would later represent at underage level. Newcastle United brought him into their academy in 2017, and he signed his first professional contract there in 2021, though he never made a senior competitive appearance for the club. A loan spell at Greenock Morton in 2021–22 gave him his first taste of senior football, with 25 appearances and a goal as the Scottish side finished seventh in the Championship.

Released by Newcastle, McEntee joined Walsall on a free transfer in July 2022 and spent three seasons there, making 79 appearances and scoring six goals. He was later nominated for the Walsall Football Supporters' Trust Young Player of the Season award for 2023/24. He left the club by mutual consent at the end of June 2025.

Hearts signed McEntee on a free transfer at the start of July 2025, and he made his debut later that month in a Scottish League Cup group match against Dunfermline Athletic, which Hearts won 4–1. He has since made 32 appearances for the club.

At international level, McEntee has represented the Republic of Ireland at underage level.
