Regan Charles-Cook

Regan Charles-Cook came up through Arsenal's youth ranks before making his professional breakthrough at Charlton Athletic, where he turned pro in 2015 and made his first-team debut that August. Loan spells at Solihull Moors and Woking followed. There, in the 2021–22 season, Charles-Cook finished as the Scottish Premiership's top scorer with 13 goals and was shortlisted for the PFA Scotland Player of the Year award, a peak that followed 69 appearances and 15 goals across two seasons at the club.

A move to Belgium with K.A.S. Eupen came next before he joined Motherwell on a free transfer. He scored the winner against Aberdeen in the Premier Sports Cup quarter-final in September 2025, and has three goals in around 17 appearances for the club so far.

Internationally, Charles-Cook represents Grenada, having made his senior debut for the country in July 2021; he has since earned eight caps and scored once. He came through a youth cap for Jamaica earlier in his career but turned down the chance to switch allegiance permanently, choosing instead to focus on his club football and commit his international future to Grenada.
