Robin Mirisola

Robin Mirisola turned down a move to Sint-Truidense VV to stay at Genk, the club he had joined in 2012 after starting out at VK Zepperen. That loyalty was rewarded in January 2026, when he extended his contract with the Limburg club until 2030.

The forward made his senior debut for Jong Genk in the Challenger Pro League against RFC Seraing in August 2024, and the following season became one of the division's standout performers, scoring seven goals in 28 appearances and picking up the Challenger Pro League's Player of the Month award for January 2025. That form carried him into the first-team picture, and he made his top-flight debut for Genk in the opening match of the 2025–26 Belgian Pro League season against Club Brugge.

He went on to score five goals and add three assists for the first team during that campaign, performances that reportedly drew interest from Juventus, AC Milan, Marseille and Lille. Mirisola chose to remain at Genk rather than pursue any of those moves. In September 2026, he was loaned to OH Leuven for the Jupiler Pro League season, a deal struck without a purchase option.
