Rodrigo Mederos

Rodrigo Mederos is a product of the Club Nacional de Football youth academy, promoted to the senior squad in 2025 and making his official debut against Montevideo City Torque. He was part of the Nacional squad that won the Supercopa Uruguaya and the Liga AUF Apertura that year, though he did not feature in the matchday squad for the Supercopa final against Peñarol. His first-team chances at Nacional were limited to four appearances before the club sent him out on loan to Racing Club de Montevideo, where match lineups point to involvement in games against Juventud and Danubio during the second half of 2025.

He returned to Nacional in January 2026, only to be loaned out again almost immediately, this time to Cerro, where he now plays. He is yet to open his scoring account or register an assist at Cerro, and has picked up two yellow cards along the way.
