Tokmac Chol Nguen

Tokmac Chol Nguen was born in Kakuma, Kenya, to a South Sudanese father and an Ethiopian mother. He turned down a call-up from South Sudan in 2019 and made his senior debut for the Norwegian national team in a World Cup qualifier against Gibraltar, which Norway won 4–1.

Nguen came through the youth academy at Strømsgodset IF, making his senior debut there in 2011. He spent time away on loan at Bærum and later at Mjøndalen before returning to Strømsgodset full-time, where he stayed until early 2019.

His move to Ferencvárosi TC in Hungary, on a free transfer, proved to be the defining stretch of his career. He became the club's all-time top-scoring foreign player and won six consecutive Hungarian league titles with Ferencváros, adding the Hungarian Cup in 2022. That run of domestic dominance came to an end when his contract expired and he left the club.

Nguen then signed for Djurgårdens IF on a free transfer.
