Al Nasar

Al Nasr's squad walked out for an Emir Cup final for the first time in the club's history in 2026, and left it 0-3 to Al-Kuwait. It was the closest Farwaniya's club has come to the country's biggest domestic prize, in a season otherwise built on smaller silverware.

Everything else in the cabinet belongs to the second tier. Al Nasr have won the Kuwaiti Division One three times — 1977-78, 1986-87 and 2006-07 — a record that reads less like dominance than persistence: promoted, relegated, promoted again. The Kuwaiti Federation Cup, taken in 2021-22, is the only senior trophy the club holds outright.

The maroon shirts gave the club its nickname, Al Anabi, though some around Farwaniya still call the team Al Suqur — the Falcons. Founded in 1965, Al Nasr play at the Ali Sabah Al-Salem Stadium, a 10,000-seat ground that has been home ever since.

Not to be mistaken for the Saudi club of a near-identical name, Al Nasr sit outside Kuwait's traditional group of major honours, still chasing the Emir Cup that got away in 2026.
