In June 2026, the board that ran Dinamo Jug resigned, and the club withdrew from both the First League of Serbia and the Serbian League East.
Dinamo Jug formed in 2022 as a revival of the old Dinamo Vranje, entering at the fifth tier through the Pčinja District League. It finished second in its first season, moved up to Zone South on league expansion, then won that group outright in 2023/24 to reach the Serbian League East. A second straight title followed in 2024/25, this time carrying the club into the First League of Serbia, the country's second tier. The 2025/26 campaign there ended with an eighth-place finish — respectable, and the first sign that the climb had levelled off before it stopped altogether.
The club wore yellow and blue.
