Leamington

The Southern League Premier Division has come Leamington's way twice, in 1982–83 and again thirty years later in 2012–13, and the Birmingham Senior Cup eight times. Only in 1985 did it become Leamington FC outright.

The lowest point came in 1988, when the old Windmill Ground was sold off for housing and the club had nowhere to play. It went into abeyance rather than fold outright, and supporters raised the money themselves to buy a site in Whitnash, bringing the club back in 2000 to start again in the Midland Combination Division Two. That fan-funded rebuild set the tone for what followed: the Brakes Trust, a supporters' cooperative, has owned the club since 2010, with Jim Scott as chairman.

Ben Foster went the other way from most footballers of his stature, returning to play for Leamington in 2021 after a career that included England caps. Further back, Mark Bellingham turned out for the club between 2008 and 2010. Matches against Redditch United carry the weight of a Worcestershire-Warwickshire derby, while Stourbridge provide the other regular needle.

Scott Easterlow took charge in March 2026, brought in after Paul Holleran stepped down as manager in January on health grounds.
