Luki-Energiya

The Ekspress holds 3,500, and it has stayed the club's ground through every name change since the pitch first saw organised football in 1991, when the side that would become Luki-Energiya started out as Ekspress itself. Velikiye Luki spent the intervening decades watching the badge shift — Energiya, Krivichi, Luki-SKIF — before the current identity was restored in 2013.

Andrei Aleinichev played for Energiya between 1996 and 1998 and scored 39 goals, the closest thing the club has to a name recognised outside the region. The record books since belong to a local product: Artyom Yegorov made his debut at 16, went on to make 121 appearances and finish as the club's all-time top scorer with 21 goals, both club records.

Silverware has stayed regional. Luki-SKIF won the North-West Cup and the Pskov Region Cup in 2004; Luki-Energiya added the Pskov regional championship in 2016 and, the following year, the North-West Champions Cup, beating LAZ of Luhansk 1-0 in the final. Twice, in 2015 and 2016, the side finished third in the North-West amateur tier, and in 2016 it lost a regional cup final to VDV-Kupol.

The furthest the club has gone was in 2018/19, when it finished ninth in the West group of the Second League and reached the last 32 of the Russian Cup.
