Naestved

Nykøbing FC and Slagelse B&I are the names that raise the temperature in Næstved. Næstved Boldklub's own line back to 5 March 1939, when Næstved Idræts Klub merged with Næstved Boldklub, the latter dating to 1924.

In 1993/94 Næstved reached the Danish Cup final and lost to Brøndby IF on penalties.

Frank Hougaard holds the appearance record, 507 matches in the green and white, while Mogens Hansen remains the club's top scorer with 157 goals. The number 7 shirt has not been worn since Rasmus Green, a player who died, and it stays retired in his memory.

Home matches are played at TintShop Park, a 10,000-capacity ground that has carried several sponsor names over the years, among them Næstved Stadion and JHH Park. The club is known to its own supporters as De Grønne, the Greens.
