TOŠK Tešanj

Ashir Mujić and Ahmet Školjić stood behind the club in its earliest days, and it took their persistence to keep it alive: TOŠK Tešanj won its first official match in 1930, 2:1 against Proleter of Teslić, and the local gendarmerie promptly banned the team from playing football, having filed it as a "working-class club". The club itself had been founded three years earlier, in 1927.

War stopped it once, in the 1940s, and peace renamed it — for a stretch after 1945 it played as Udarnik, a name proposed by local figures tied to the National Liberation Struggle, before TOŠK returned. In 1959 a mass brawl during a home game against Zvijezda of Gradačac cost the club its ground for two years.

Independence brought the club its first taste of the top flight, in the 1999–2000 Bosnian Premier League.

Home games are played at Stadion Luke, in front of up to 7,000 people, and the club carries the nickname Atomci, shared with its supporters' group. A league title or a cup has never come TOŠK's way.
