Třinec

The club has won six championships in fourteen years, and none arrived easily against a Czech Extraliga that has rewarded almost everyone else at some point. The run began in 2010–11, when the club also took the President's Cup for finishing top of the regular season, and continued in stretches under different coaches: Pavel Marek delivered that first title, Václav Varaďa collected three more between 2018 and 2022, and Boris Žabka took over the bench in December 2025. A Czech Cup has eluded the club so far; the closest they came was a lost final to HC Dynamo Pardubice in 2020.

Supporters know the team just as often as Draci, and a dragon named Dráček works the crowd on matchdays.

Martin Růžička has been the constant through the trophy years, captaining the side to all six titles, while the derby against HC Vítkovice Ridera carries a weight beyond the table: both clubs grew out of the same steel-and-coal belt of the Moravian-Silesian Region, and matches between them are known simply as the Ocelářské derby.

Games are played in front of 5,400 people at the Werk Arena, which took over from the old Zimní stadion in 2014, in a town where the mill and the rink have never been far apart.
