Tyshkivka

Right now Agrotekh are the team every amateur side in Ukraine would rather avoid drawing. They go into the new season having taken the Ukrainian Amateur Football Championship in back-to-back campaigns, 2023–24 and 2025–26, and there is no sign of the run slowing.

The 2023–24 title came with a 2–0 win over Probii in the final on 28 June 2024, and a year later the club added the Ukrainian Amateur Cup as well, beating Mayak Sarny 1–0 on 7 May 2025 with the only goal scored by Oleh Manastyrnyi. In the 2025–26 Ukrainian Cup, Agrotekh went further than a village side is supposed to, eliminating the professional First League outfit Epitsentr Dunayivtsi on penalties, 7–6, after a 1–1 draw. Regionally they have not lost the Kirovohrad Oblast Championship since 2023, with Ingul, Olympik Kropyvnytskyi and Ingul-Agro-Land making up the rivalries that matter more to the village than any cup run.

Some of that is down to Oleksiy Chychykov, who had played for Vorskla Poltava, Lokomotiv Moscow and Dnipro before joining Agrotekh in 2023 and bringing a level of experience that amateur football in Kirovohrad Oblast rarely sees on one team sheet. Serhiy Sauz serves as club president, with Oleksandr Myzenko in charge of the team.

All of this is built around a lyceum. Litsey Arena, the 400-capacity ground where Agrotekh play, belongs to Tyshkivka's own school, and the club still runs its public presence through a page on VK rather than a website of its own — a village team, in other words, that has kept the shape it had when it was founded in 2010.
