Worcester City came together in 1902, when Worcester Rovers merged with the recently wound-up Berwick Rangers.
A string of temporary homes followed — Aggborough, the Victoria Ground, Claines Lane — while City also worked through a voluntary demotion in 2017.
The name attached to the club's biggest cup night is Liverpool's: in the fourth round of the FA Cup in 1958–59, Worcester City beat them 2–1. John Barton's departure to Everton in 1979 stands as a transfer fee that was a record for a club outside the League at the time.
