Dino Beširović

Dino Beširović's most productive years came in Hungary. At Mezőkövesd Zsóry FC he played 118 matches, scored 23 goals and set up 24 more, although he is listed as a defensive midfielder. He arrived on loan in January 2020, and the club made the move permanent that June for €150,000.

His route there was not a direct one. He spent his youth years at Leixões and GD Beira-Mar, then eight years at Slaven Živinice from 2004 to 2012. A year at Académico de Viseu brought no senior appearances, and a loan to Sampadrense gave him 26 games and two goals. His career settled at Radnik Bijeljina, where he played 93 matches, scored eight goals and won the 2015–16 Bosnian Cup, his only major trophy. He became club captain in 2017.

The following January he made his debut for Bosnia and Herzegovina, against the United States on 28 January 2018. He has won five caps, the last of them in 2025, without scoring.

Hajduk Split signed him in 2018, but he made only five appearances there. He tore an anterior cruciate ligament in August 2018, and his spell at the club ran until 2020, when he left for Hungary.

In July 2023 he joined AIK Stockholm on a Bosman free transfer. By June 2025 he had played 44 matches for the Swedish club and scored five goals. On 26 November 2025 AIK extended his contract to 31 December 2027.
