About the player
Frank Chávez came up through Zulia FC's youth system before making his senior debut in April 2021. When Zulia FC and Deportivo Rayo Zuliano merged, he joined the new club's first team as a free agent in 2023 and settled in as a centre-back, taking the number 2 shirt.
In March 2025 he left on a free transfer to Ureña SC. He returned to Rayo Zuliano on 1 January 2026, back in the shirt he wore before the move.
Chávez is right-footed and has not featured for Venezuela at senior or youth level.
