Maksim Vityugov

Maksim Vityugov joined Krylya Sovetov in August 2020 as one of eight players who moved together from Chertanovo. The club paid €3.2 million for the group, about 277 million rubles.

The move followed a long stretch in one system. Vityugov began at the Rassvet sport school in Krasnoyarsk, where his coach was Evgeny Vasiliev, and won the Siberia Cup there in 2010. The same year he went to the Chertanovo academy in Moscow. He stayed with Chertanovo until 2020 and made 113 appearances for the club, scoring eight goals. He won the PFL Western Zone title with Chertanovo in 2017/18. In 2019/20 the team finished third in the FNL.

His first season at Krylya Sovetov brought the FNL title in 2020/21 and a place in the Russian Cup final. By May 2026 he had played 136 games for the club and scored four goals. On 23 June 2025 he extended his contract to the end of the 2026/27 season. Later that year he was awarded the title of Master of Sports of Russia.
