Teleoptik

Teleoptik open the new season back in the Serbian First League, the country's second tier, after winning the Serbian League Belgrade in 2025-26.

The arrangement dates to the early 1990s, struck as Yugoslavia broke apart, while capping what Teleoptik itself can achieve: with Partizan already holding a place in the Superliga, Teleoptik cannot occupy one alongside it, regardless of where a season's form takes them. Promotion has come and gone at Second Division level since — up in 1998-99, down in 2002, up again in 2009, down in 2014, up in 2017, down in 2019 — with the ceiling never moving.

Home matches are played at SC Partizan-Teleoptik, known locally as Zemunelo, opened in May 1998 as part of the same partnership and holding 2,000. Games against OFK Zemun, the Zemun derby, supply most of the rivalry the fixture list offers; nothing the club has won sits above third-tier level.

The name is older than the Partizan arrangement by four decades. Teleoptik was founded in 1952 by an optics manufacturer of the same name, based in the Zemun district, well before either the club or the district had any connection to Belgrade's biggest side.
