Radim Valchar still owns the franchise's records for goals, assists and points. Árpád Mihály, who played for the club and later ran it as general manager, had his number 24 retired.

Corona Wolves have taken the Romanian national title six times, most recently in 2023–24. The Romanian Cup has gone their way five times, including in 2026, and a Super Cup followed in 2025.

Home games are played at the Brașov Olympic Ice Rink, in front of no more than 2,000 people. The regional rivalry runs through Csíkszereda and Gyergyói, both clubs the Wolves meet regularly.

None of it started under the name Corona. Three years on, the ice hockey section joined the multi-sport club ASC Corona 2010, and the Wolves nickname stuck to the team from there. Full integration into Clubul Sportiv Municipal Corona Brașov came in 2019, closing the loop on a name that took over a decade to settle.
