Lausanne Basket

Pully Lausanne Foxes go into this season in the Swiss Basketball League and, for the first time for a Swiss side, in the European North Basketball League.

That climb back up was overseen by Randoald Dessarzin, who had played for BBC Lausanne before taking charge of the merged club from 2017 and eventually leading it back among the country's elite. The merger itself was born of necessity. BBC Lausanne traced its roots to L'Épi Sport Lausanne, founded in 1929, and had only taken its own name in 2010 after decades as Sanas Merry Boys; within a few years the club was close to bankruptcy. Joining forces with Pully Basket, founded in 1951, was the way to keep top-level basketball alive in the canton of Vaud, and the deal was completed in 2017.

Games against BBC Nyon and Vevey Riviera Basket are known as the derby vaudois. The youth academy, one of the largest in the country, added a trophy of its own when the under-18 side won the Swiss Cup in the 2024-25 season.

The first team wears red and white in the Salle omnisports de la Vallée de la Jeunesse in Lausanne.
