Križevci struck first in the thirtieth minute. The home side had camped in the final third for much of the opening spell but was left flat-footed when the break came. Bijałovar's defence had given nothing away for the first half, but one moment changed everything.
By then the hosts were pushing for an equaliser. They found their breakthrough in the first minute of stoppage time, a late burst that kept the score level. One mistake ends it in these games, and Bijałovar made sure they got over the line before the whistle.
