Alaa Ghram

Alaa Ghram came through the youth ranks at Sfax Railways Sports before joining the senior side of CS Sfaxien in 2019, eventually turning into 72 league appearances and five goals for the club. His time there was interrupted in 2021 by a ruptured cruciate ligament that required surgery, though he returned to lift the Tunisian Cup three times and the Tunisia Kirin Cup in 2022. In June 2024 he moved to Shakhtar Donetsk for a reported €2 million, a transfer complicated by a dispute over a 15% compensation clause owed to his old youth club, RS Sfax, which CS Sfaxien was fined for failing to pay.

At Shakhtar, Ghram was part of the side that won the Ukrainian Cup in 2024–25, and when the final went to a shootout against Dynamo Kyiv, it was Ghram who stepped up to score the fifth penalty. The following season he added a league title, making 17 appearances as Shakhtar were crowned Ukrainian Premier League champions in 2025–26.

On the international stage, he made his senior debut for Tunisia in a 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Libya and has since earned seven caps. He travelled with the squad to both the 2023 and 2025 editions of the tournament, and was part of the group that helped Tunisia secure qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
