Bruno Christian Sepúlveda

Bruno Sepúlveda's career reads like a scenic route through Argentina's lower divisions before finally landing him at Banfield.

His best scoring spell in those years came at Sol de Mayo, where he scored 23 goals in 29 matches. It was the kind of return that gets noticed, and it eventually opened the door to Estudiantes de Río Cuarto. He joined in June 2016 and stayed, on and off, until 2024, helping the side climb from Torneo Federal B all the way to Primera Nacional, Argentina's second division. Over that stretch he scored 32 goals in 90 league appearances.

Along the way came two loan spells that tested him against tougher opposition. At Arsenal de Sarandí in 2021 he found the net twice in his first two matches, an early sign he could adapt to a higher level. A longer loan at Barracas Central followed, in a paid deal with an option to buy, where he made 66 appearances and scored 14 goals.

He wasted little time adjusting, scoring six goals in 19 league matches in his debut season with the club.
