Belajdi Pusi

Belajdi Pusi began his career at Vllaznia in his native Shkodër, where he broke into the senior side in the 2017/18 season and scored four goals in fourteen First Division appearances before adding a further goal in three Superliga matches. He also featured for Vllaznia's under-19 side in the UEFA Youth League, scoring twice in two matches — for whom he scored on his only appearance, in a friendly against Azerbaijan's under-21 side.

In January 2020, Pusi moved to Skënderbeu in Korçë as a free agent. His spell there produced his most consistent club form: in the 2020/21 season he made 30 Superliga appearances and scored four goals, while the team finished as runners-up in the Albanian Cup. Two seasons later, Skënderbeu also finished second in the First Division, with Pusi among the squad that got them there.

He left Albania in January 2023 for Turan Tovuz in Azerbaijan, again on a free transfer, and had his most productive season yet: 31 Premier League appearances and five goals in 2023/24. A move across the Azerbaijani top flight followed in June 2024, to Shamakhi, where he made 21 appearances and again scored five goals.

Pusi joined Fakel Voronezh on 18 February 2025, reportedly for a fee in the region of €100,000. He wears the number 19 shirt. His first months in the Russian Premier League brought nine appearances without a goal.
