About the player
Berdibek came through the Mangystau football school and made his way into senior football with Kaspiy Aktau, breaking into the club's first team in the Kazakhstan Premier League in August 2022 after time with the reserve side. The move that changed his career came in 2024, when he joined FK Aktobe on a free transfer.
With Aktobe he lifted the Kazakhstan Cup in 2024, part of the squad that beat Atyrau in the final, and the club also finished with bronze medals in that season's Premier League. Between spells with the first team, Berdibek also featured for Aktobe's reserve side in the First Division.
After a brief return to Kaspiy Aktau, he moved on loan to Irtysh in July 2026. His start there has been a gradual one: eight appearances so far, all of them from the bench, for a combined 117 minutes on the pitch. In that limited time he has already provided an assist, though he is yet to open his goalscoring account for the club.
